Rob,

Check here: http://www.baits.com/.

I couldn't get to their catalog right now, but I was catching most of my fish on the 3 inch black Senko (also called 9C, I think on their site). The 5 inch also works real good.
These get fished a bit different from a regular worm, it takes even more patience. Different people will say different things:

I like to fish it this way: Throw out, let it sink, wait 10-20 seconds to see if a nearby bass picks it up. If not, either move the rod tip a few inches or turn your reel 1/2 to 1 turn to get the worm moving, then let the worm sink again, wait. With the bigger 5 inch worms, I move the rod tip a bit more and a little faster and turn the reel quicker to make up for the difference in weight between the 3 and 5 inch models, but basically, my technique is the same.
I just repeat that procedure till I either get a bite or reel the bait in, then do it again.
If you ever need some lessons, I think I can work you into my schedule, at the reduced "friends" rate...

"rather nice boat" LOL I did see several nice ones though, even a Bass Tracker up near the rest stops.

We didn't do so well, caught maybe 12 all day long. As you know I'm a die hard spinner bait kind of guy, too sunburn, I mean stubborn to switch to a worm, and I have no idea how to fish a Senko. I bought a Bass Worm kit from Bass Pro last year and there are some in there, might give 'em a try next time I'm out just to see how it goes. Honestly, I had no idea what they were used for when I first saw them. lol

What size hook do you use, and how do you fish them, like a regular worm?

Glad to see that you guys did well once again.

Tight lines!!
