You'll be surprised how this rig virtually never tangles up with itself. I used a 30 inch leader to slide on the main line, and the leader that is attached to the main line was about 18 inches, so that there is about 12 inches between the 2 flukes. I had a fish hit at the front fluke and miss it, but then it took the second one as it came passed. Great rig to try when the fish are biting like they were this day.
