Dang it…I will be flying back to Africa very early on Monday morning June 22nd so I won’t be able to make it this year also, the same happened last year
Where do you fly out of Steve? If it’s like all of the other tournaments I’ve been to the fishing portion will be over by 2 PM.
I fly out of Busan and then Seoul Incheon. If Andong was closer then I would fish it, but it’s a minimum 5 hour drive. It’s also my last weekend at home, so my wife and daughter take priority.
I understand that Steve, and don’t blame you.
Five hours? Damn! I thought we had it bad with a 3.5 hour drive.
It’s actually closer to 6 hours if I take the boat and trailer. To just drive my car there to fish as a co-angler would take around 5 hours!!
Dang man, that sucks. Don’t you come up to Daegu and fish? How long does it take you to get there?

Rob – Daegu is about a 3 hour drive for me. I have fished there once or twice and caught just a bunch of dinks.
Nomad – You’ll remember I never drove direct when I came up there (or back home), but I guess it’ll take about 5 hours if I drove direct from my place to yours.

You’ll never believe this…my bass club is having their monthly meet/tourney this Sunday at…you guessed it… Andong.
I am really pissed now, I missing all the great fishing at the great places thanks to this stupid job.

Steve, got same problem, but not with tournaments.
Worked last weekend and this one (well maybe this one is not so bad to working with the rain) But think I can make the Andong tournament.
I know the feeling guys. My entire spring was spent working for the man, and it sucked!!!
Since I don’t care to go fishing on the weekends due to the crowds, I’d be up the creek as well if my job wasn’t 10 minutes from my favorite fishing holes
