However, as Nomad suspects, I bet it's wall to wall with carp fishermen these days. Those guys are non stop, no matter what the weather is like!!! Nothing after that though :sad: . To get down there, you have to park on the levee and then walk about 100 yards across the rice fields. It's deep, and there are lots of big rocks. It's pretty shallow with not much structure/rocks etc, unless you go to the left (Osan) side of the bridge and the carp muttons always set up there in droves to boot.
