For a while this morning, I thought I was going to have to post the dreaded “skunk” picture because I couldn’t catch a fish to save my life. I had a few bites early on, but missed them all and also had the pleasure of getting my line broken when a bass took it into the rocks.
Then just as I was getting resigned to possibly being skunked, I caught the one on the left; on a 5-inch, black Senko, of course. After that I switched to a spinnerbait and right at 7, as it was time to head to work, I caught the one on the right.
By the way, isn’t all fishing FUN?

It was a slow start to the year, but Nomad is back on fire again with these early morning reports. Both look like great fish, WTG!
