It’s supposed to be in the high 50’s and sunny tomorrow and Friday down here, so I will try and get out and see how muddy the water is, and try and catch a bass or 2.

I have to agree on the plugs for the G. Loomis store. Since it is near my hometown I’ve had the opportunity to personally visit the store and meet the people who work there, and they’re great. One of them even knew Steve from a message board. Talk about a small world!!!

Steve,
I did bring about 6 molds here with me and a small electric stove to melt with but I haven’t used them. The surf fishing and catfishing here is just not what I thought it would be. No need for the larger weights. I have 3 surf outfits here capable of taking up to medium sized sharks and a couple of catfish rigs able to haul a big flathead out of the thickest brush. In four years, my cheap bait rods are the only thing getting any action.
Oh well, at least I learned a new hobby and am totally addicted to snow skiing now.

I’ve just arrived back home after long piss up weekend in Ulsan with some friends.

Nomad – I am waiting patiently for the 2010 EMB series to start.

Craig – I’m sure there’ll be plenty of places to buy tackle in Seoul. The Fishing Expo will be in Seoul from Mar 12th~14th, that would be a great place to start.

Hi Guys, i have just arrived in Seoul and need to buy a rod n reel combo as well as a few plastics and lures. I decided not to travel with my equipment. Any ideas where the best place to shop for fishing goodies would be here in Seoul? Thanks a million!
